CANCELLATION POLICY

Hamilton-Fairfield-Oxford Board of Realtors (HFOBR) Dues - $139, 7/1/11 - 6/30/12
HFOBR New Member Initiation - $150
Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) Dues - $110, 1/1/11 - 12/31/11
OAR New Member Initiation - $25
National Association of Realtors (NAR) Dues $115, 1/1/11 - 12/31/11
HFOBR Annual Installation & Awards Banquet - $50 ticket cost, $400 Platinum Sponsor, $300 Gold Sponsor, $200 Silver level Sponsor
HFOBR Stricker's Grove Family Picnic 2011 - $40 for family of 4 - HFOBR members; $50 family of 4 - Non HFOBR member; $15 for each additional HFOBR member; $20 for each additional NON-HFOBR member

*Above amounts are prorated monthly for new members and is referenced on the website via the 2010 - 2011 Dues Chart 
**There are no refunds for dues as is stated in our Association's Bylaws.
***Refunds on events or classes that are pre-paid may be given with notification of cancellation occurring, prior to the deadline to do so,
for said event.

Membership Privacy and Security Policy

The HFOBR recognizes the importance of protecting its member’s personal information.  Therefore, we maintain the following privacy policy:

1.  We may gather the following types of information needed to process and maintain your membership records as well as fulfill membership requests.
· Contact information you provide
· Information you volunteer

2. Information is utilized to:
· Notify you of updated information
· Notify you of relevant products and services
· Notify you of upcoming events, programs and Calls to Action

3. The HFOBR does not share, sell, or trade e-mail addresses, but may provide you with online informational or marketing messages that have been approved by HFOBR for the purposes as described in Part 4 of this policy.

4.  The HFOBR will not share, sell, or otherwise provide other information about you to third parties, except for:
· Member service partners for the purpose of notifying you of HFOBR approved promotions.
· Vendors for the limited purpose of contacting targeted groups of members through marketing vehicles approved by HFOBR
· When required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the personal safety of our member or the public.
· As published in any potential Board Membership Directory
· As made available through the Realtor/Contacts function on HFOBR website

5.  Credit information that you and credit authorizers provide when you make payments by credit card or electronic check for products, dues or other services via HFOBR’s electronic commerce network will only be used to process the transactions you request.  This information will be provided to and maintained by reputable credit reporting databases, but will never be sold, shared or provided to other third parties

6.  We maintain security procedures and standards that we believe are as safe as today’s technology permits.  We test these procedures and modify them regularly as new technologies become feasible.

7.  We utilize an opt-out policy for sending online notifications regarding services, products and programs.

8.  You may edit your personal contact information directly in the NAR NRDS system, by contacting the HFOBR.

9.  Some of the HFOBR’s web sites may contain advertising pursuant to agreements between the HFOBR and the advertisers.  We do not control these advertisers, the sites of third parties reached through links on our site or their information collection practices and the HFOBR will not be responsible for the activities of these third parties.

Refund policy

As is stated in the Bylaws of the HFOBR, dues paid are non-refundable.
