How to Join Our Board

About The Butler-Warren Association

On January 30, 2015 the Middletown Board of Realtors and Warren County Board of Realtors merged with Hamilton-Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors to become Butler-Warren Association of REALTORS®. The three boards created a Regionalization Task Force to research the benefits of becoming one association.

The Task Force found that the benefits of merging would provide our membership with increased service, professionalism, political advocacy and presence with the utmost economic efficiency, which would enable us to provide better communication and technological interfacing amongst our members, have stronger influence on a local, state, and national level, develop stronger leadership and eliminate financial redundancy.

With more than 250 combined years of professionalism, service and dedication to the real estate profession The Butler-Warren Association of Realtors remains what it is today, a non-profit, professional trade association that is dedicated to setting high levels of professional practice for its members, protecting private property rights, and the promotion of the American Dream.
The board of REALTORS® that is large enough to serve you, yet small enough to know you.
